Truck Shop and Warehouse Expansion

New storage room, break room, and a truck shop expansion that incorporated a 68’ height pre-fabricated metal building for two enclosed bays, foundations including reactions for the building loads and new 35/5 ton double girder bridge crane, installation of underground utilities, compressor, lubrication hose reels, propane heaters, and electrical.

PVB provided foundations, underground utilities, mechanical, and electrical to relocate the existing nitrogen tank and heat exchanger, tire change pad and conex, and installed a new outside truck bay concrete pad capable of supporting the 240-ton Model 793 trucks. Additionally, PVB constructed a new domestic waterline and relocated an existing underground waterline and haul truck access road including drainage swale to ensure access to the expanded truck shop.
