SWMFL Blowers Installation

PVB performed civil, concrete, structural steel, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation for two each 13.8kV Substations, thirty each 250 HP Blowers, and 14,000lf. of 24”‐48”HDPE Piping.

This fast‐paced project was completed on schedule, within three months of start date. The civil and concrete installation consisted of over 3,500 CY of soil and over 500 CY of concrete. Piping included 14,000 linear feet of large bore HDPE pipe fused, data‐logged, and placed into trenches. PVB self‐performed installation of two 13.8kV to 4.16kV substations and all facility electrical and instrumentation complete with NETA Acceptance testing and commissioning.
